Belgravia Centre Refund Policy

Belgravia's policy ensures nobody is tied in to a long-term programme or obligated in any way to go ahead with a treatment course during their initial consultation.

Treatments

Patients are entitled to a refund for any treatments that have been paid for if they have not been dispensed from the pharmacy within 12 months of their due date. After this period refunds will not be available and any supply of outstanding products will be at The Belgravia Centre’s discretion.
There is a prescription charge of £25 per prescription and a service charge of £50 which are included in the treatment programme and are non-refundable.
We are unable to provide a refund for any medications supplied to a patient.
Any products or services that have been used will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued by the original purchase method.
When returning items, if you do not return them in person to the clinic, please obtain a certificate of posting since we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
Any original postage and packaging costs and those incurred returning the item(s) are not refundable unless you have received a faulty item.

HairMax Laser Devices

The reduced LaserBand price is issued when a 12-month treatment course is paid for in full.
Should the treatment course be cancelled during the 12-month period, a refund will be issued minus the full price of the LaserBand.
Existing patients who would like to partake in this offer must start a new treatment course under the terms above.
Patients can only receive one reduced priced LaserBand.
Refunds will be issued by the original purchase method.
When returning items, if you do not return them in person to our clinic, please obtain a certificate of posting since we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

Hair Vitalics

The complimentary or reduced price Hair Vitalics food supplement products are issued when a 12-month treatment course is paid for in full.
Should the course be cancelled during the 12-month period, a refund will be issued minus the value of the Hair Vitalics that has been used.
Alternatively, if your Hair Vitalics have not been opened and are still in date, you may send them back to us. Once we have successfully received the product(s) back, undamaged, you will then be entitled to a refund.
Refunds will be issued by the original purchase method.
When returning items, if you do not return them in person to one of our clinics, please obtain a certificate of posting since we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
