"I’ve been with the Belgravia Centre for nearly three months now, and I can honestly say the experience has been nothing short of incredible. From the very beginning, I was amazed and so impressed by everything they offer — from the professionalism and knowledge of the staff to the truly outstanding customer service, which is sadly so rare to find these days. I recently had my first check-up and clinical treatment, and the results are unbelievable. In just under three months, I’ve seen massive improvement — my hair is growing back, baby hairs are coming through, and the difference is clearly visible. I genuinely didn’t expect such progress in such a short time. This place is a true gem. Kristina, my treatment advisor, is an absolute asset to the Belgravia Centre. She has been perfect from start to finish — always kind, reassuring, and professional, and she’s made the whole process feel so comfortable and easy. Rojina, my hair loss specialist, is fantastic. She’s extremely knowledgeable, looks after me with great care, and always takes time to answer every question I have. I feel truly supported. And during my clinical treatment, I was looked after by another lovely team member (I’m so sorry I forgot her name — it begins with a “V”). She was wonderful — calm, thorough, knowledgeable, and explained every step clearly, making me feel completely at ease. I’m genuinely excited for my next check-up and treatment in three months.
