Vitamin C (100 mg per tablet):
Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin and blood vessels. Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and increases iron absorption.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine, 10 mg per tablet):
Vitamin B6 is a water soluble vitamin. It contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, 20 micrograms per tablet):
Vitamin D has a role in the process of cell division and contributes to normal functioning of the immune system.
Folic Acid (folate, 400 micrograms):
Folic acid is a form of water soluble B vitamin. Folate has a role in the process of cell division and contributes to normal blood formation and functioning of the immune system.
Biotin (200 micrograms):
