Question:  As I use a hard hair wax, there is some slight pulling on the hair when I apply it every morning.  I have also noticed hair loss over the last year (I'm 22).  Could the pulling of hair when applying my hair wax be the cause of the hair loss?

Answer:  Such a minimal amount of pulling for a short period of time each day couldn't be the cause of your hair loss.  It's most probable you are experiencing Male Pattern Hair Loss - 22 is a very common age for this condition to start.  Here's some more information on the condition and the treatments available - MALE PATTERN HAIR LOSS.
