Question: My hair is thinning on the sides of my head. I have afro-caribbean hair and I believe it is hereditary. I used to perm my hair but for the last 10 years or so, I have just blow dried and tonged with hot tongs. Is there anything you suggest I can do which would not break the bank. I am over 40 years of age and like other people sometimes under stress. Many thanks.
