Question: I'm too busy to visit your centre and am also really shy about my hair loss - is there any way you can help me without me having to come and see you in person?

Answer: Hi Ian, thanks for your question. Facing up to hair loss is different for everyone and we try to make it as easy as possible to get treatment and advice.

Occasionally, we hear that people have been so anxious about coming to see us that they put off making an appointment for a long time. Unfortunately, this is a decision people sometimes regret, particularly in the case of Male Pattern Baldness as it is a progressive condition, so the longer it is left, the worse it can get.

We always encourage anyone who can, to visit us and have a thorough - and free - consultation with a hair loss specialist in person. For busy and/or self-conscious clients who are based in or near London, one possible solution is to visit us outside of normal office hours.

Our City of London hair loss treatment centre near Liverpool Street station is open on Saturdays when very few City employees are at work - and our Belgravia clinic, opposite Victoria station, is open both Saturdays and Sundays, as well as most Bank Holidays.

Both Belgravia clinics have early morning and evening appointments available, in addition to daytime slots, as we are used to clients trying to fit their visits in around hectic schedules.

Interestingly, many clients quickly find that they actually enjoy their treatment programme, and that booking in for quarterly clinical therapy treatments gives them a chance to relax and enjoy some 'me time'.
