"I was delighted with all of the members of staff with whom I dealt with when at the Belgravia Centre on Tuesday afternoon. The process was smooth, slick but comprehensive and clear with regards to the recommendations and next steps. Please pass my compliments on to the staff I've seen; I was very impressed both with Rali and Trinity. Most especially though, the individual who delivered the treatment session afterwards and washed my hair. I was so impressed with her, and not routinely having experienced my hair being washed by anyone ever before, it was such a relaxing and therapeutic session. Please commend her most especially; I am afraid I did not manage to catch her name."
