"Saive was lovely to speak to and really reassuring that what I had was normal and treatable. I walked in very nervous but by the end I felt confident that there was a solution available. She answered all the questions I had and explained thoroughly the specific hair loss condition along with the medical background which supported it. The actual examination was less intense than what I imagined and was fairly quick. Overall she was really friendly and made my first ever consultation enjoyable. The treatment advisor, Farzana, was very helpful. She discussed treatment recommendations as well as the cost effective options for the treatment reassuring me that I did not have to make my decision right away. She also gave her card which was useful and makes further contact more convenient, avoiding any long winded process. I was very happy by the manner I was greeted by the reception staff. They were very smiley and friendly. They confirmed my appointment and answered any questions I had. Really lovely. One of the best clinics I have visited. Excited for possible treatment there.
