"Daniela was absolutely fantastic. From the initial point of contact until last, she never failed to make me feel at ease and always had a smile on her face, whilst remaining professional. She explained everything to me in clear detail and answered every question I had to ask perfectly. Farzana was very informative about all the different combinations and coat of the medication, as well as being understanding about financial restrictions, by giving the best deals possible. The reception desk were very efficient. Upon arrival, each member of the reception (three in total) greeted me and said goodbye when I left, regardless if they were seeing to me or not, which I felt made the overall atmosphere really friendly and welcoming. I visited the London Liverpool Street branch. Before arriving I was rather nervous and feeling a little insecure about my situation but as soon as I walked in I felt at ease. The layout and atmosphere oozed professionalism while also giving off a relaxed vibe which wasn't what I expected. The drinks provided were also a touch of class in my opinion.
