Sergio
Question: I am writing in regards to the side effects of minoxidil for sufferers of seborrheic dermatitis. Do any of your minoxidil solutions have alcohol or any other ingredient that will inflame my dermatitis? I’ve used Rogaine and other minoxidil solutions, but the alcohol and propyl glycol always aggravates my dermatitis. The problem obviously is that the dermatitis accelerates hair loss, which has lately gotten worse. Do let me know, thank you.
Answer: Hi, Sergio. At Belgravia, the minoxidil solutions that we offer include a number formulated without alcohol. This special alcohol-free minoxidil formulation is gentle and non-irritant, and is therefore suitable to use on an irritable scalp.
We also offer our clients clinical treatment therapy at either of our Central London clinics, which involves specially formulated creams and lotions that soothe the scalp.
Furthermore, Belgravia's in-clinic dermataologist can advise you on your seborrheic dermatitis, and a hair loss treatment plan can be formulated which takes all these issues into account.
The Belgravia Centre is a world-renowned group of a hair loss clinic in Central London, UK. If you are worried about hair loss you can arrange a free consultation with a hair loss expert or complete our Online Consultation from anywhere in the world for home-use treatment.
