Answer: Hi, Amari. It is possible for a 13 year old boy to have a consultation if they are accompanied by their parent or guardian, however, please do be aware that we cannot provide treatment to anyone under 16 years of age.
The consultation would purely be to provide advice on the condition and answer any questions about hair loss - no treatment can be given.
We would generally advise anyone concerned about a hair loss condition at such a young age to visit their GP, at least as a first point of call.
