“Saive, I found her to be sensitive, helpful and clear in her assessment of my problem. She explained everything well and I understood how best my condition could be tackled. Pam was friendly and sensitive in discussions regarding treatments and also costs of treatment. She was very helpful and at no point made me feel pressured or not able to ask any questions. All the reception staff and other staff in the building I met were all friendly and very helpful. At no point did I feel uncomfortable.”
“Immediately on entering the Victoria Belgravia Centre, I was impressed with how the welcome desk was organised and the actual receptionists themselves – they were all really friendly and professional. I thought they all look fabulous in the same outfits (white shirt and black skirt). It helped me to calm down as I was apprehensive about attending a hair clinic. I should not have worried, and should have attended years earlier. I kept putting attending off. Even when my appointment time ran slightly over I was kept up to date, so it wasn’t an issue. Only mentioned it to demonstrate I wasn’t left alone in reception not knowing what was happening. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the receptionist who kept me informed as she really good. Rali was very helpful and once again professional and answered all my questions. She helped me understand what had been happening to my hair for a number of years. She fully explained what treatment she considered relevant to me. She clearly listened to me, updating my record with medication I had overlooked. She explained that Belgravia own brand shampoos contained perfume and with my perfume allergy, they would not be suitable for and therefore weren’t recommended. I felt I could ask her anything and felt comfortable with Rali. She was warm and welcoming and I felt I could trust her and her judgement based on my previous experience with Dermatologists.
Fiona was very helpful explaining the treatment options. Fiona was equally as warm, professional and welcoming and she was particularly patient with me as she had to explain my options several times. She was extremely friendly and that helped me to concentrate on what I needed from the visit. I didn’t get the impression I had to purchase anything and there was definitely no sales pressure. Fiona suggested trialling the vitamins for a month, which was a good call.
Overall I couldn’t fault any aspect of my visit – indeed quite the opposite, in summary all staff who worked with me during my visit were friendly, helpful, professional and genuinely wanted to help. I fully appreciated all of that, and hope you pass this feedback on.”
