Belgravia’s policy ensures nobody is tied in to a long-term programme or obligated in any way to go ahead with a treatment course during their initial consultation.

Terms and conditions for Belgravia hair loss treatment medications
- Patients are entitled to a refund for any medications that have been paid for if they have not already been dispensed from the pharmacy.
- There is a prescription charge of £25 per prescription which is included in the treatment programme, but is non-refundable.
- We are unable to provide a refund for any medications already sent to, or taken by a patient.
- Any products or services that have been used will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be issued by the original purchase method.
- When returning items, if you do not return them in person to one of our hair loss clinics, please obtain a certificate of posting since we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
- Any original postage and packaging costs and those incurred returning the item(s) are not refundable unless you have received a faulty item.
Terms and conditions for the HairMax® LaserComb or LaserBand when bought alongside a Belgravia hair loss treatment course
- The complimentary or reduced priced LaserComb or LaserBand is issued when a 12-month treatment course from The Belgravia Centre is paid for in full and in advance.
- Should the course of medication be cancelled for any reason during the 12-month period then a refund will be issued minus the value of the LaserComb or minus the difference between the reduced price and the full price of the LaserBand.
- Existing patients who would like to partake in this offer must start a new treatment course paid in full for 12 months.
- Patients can only receive one free or reduced priced LaserComb or LaserBand.
- Refunds will be issued by the original purchase method.
- When returning items, if you do not return them in person to one of our hair loss clinics, please obtain a certificate of posting since we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

Terms and conditions for Hair Vitalics food supplement when bought alongside a Belgravia hair loss treatment course
- The complimentary or reduced price Hair Vitalics food supplement products are issued when a 12-month treatment course from The Belgravia Centre is paid for in full and in advance.
- Should the course of medication be cancelled for any reason during the 12-month period then a refund will be issued minus the value of the Hair Vitalics supply or minus the difference between the reduced price and the full price of the Hair Vitalics course provided initially at the start of the treatment course.
- Alternatively, if your Hair Vitalics have not been opened and are still in date (the Best Before date can be found on the bottom of each box), you may send them back to us. Once we have successfully received the product(s) back, undamaged, you will then be entitled to a refund from us, which will be paid within 7 days of receipt.
- Refunds will be issued by the original purchase method.
