Revivogen Not Working – Does Hair Loss Get Worse Before it Gets Better?
Name: Scott
Question: I have been following a treatment of Revivogen for five months now, I have been experiencing very light regrowth but I have continued to thin back in farther from the scalp (left temple area). How long is it recommended to stay with a treatment, and will it often get worse before it gets better?
Answer: Revivogen is marketed as an all-natural hair loss product that can help stop DHT – the main cause of male hair loss. However, although the ingredients may benefit normal hair growth, it does not contain any DHT blocker that has been conclusively proven to individually stop hair loss. For more information, read Revivogen Ingredients.
Most products are normally advised to be used for at least six to twelve months in order for one to see the full extent of stabilisation and regrowth. Sometimes hair fall may continue for a short period to make way for new hair growth, but if a product is working, hair loss should definitely not continue within four to six months.
There are only two hair loss treatments that have been licensed by the MHRA, which means they are the only ones that can guarantee a high chance of success. As Revivogen does not contain either of these products, it is possible that Revivogen alone is not strong enough to stabilise your hair loss type.
