Q&A: How Much Does a Full Hair Loss Treatment Course Cost?

Front of Belgravia CentreName: Ian Mitchell

Question: Roughly how much does a full hair loss treatment course cost?

Answer: The cost of a Belgravia hair loss treatment programme, as well as the duration of the course, depends on a few things.

  • The type of hair loss you have – this will indicate which treatments need to be used and whether the treatment needs to be ongoing to maintain hair growth or can be stopped once the hair is back to its normal growth cycle.
  • The severity of the condition – this can alter the price depending on which strength and combination of treatments is required to combat the problem.
  • The Belgravia Centre also has a number of special offers, including a free HairMax LaserComb or Hair Vitalics for those who pay for 12 months of medication in full (while some people will see a dramatic improvement in three months, we recommend at least 12 months of treatment if you want to see optimal results).

Belgravia Centre Product RangePlease note: You are not locked into a contract with The Belgravia Centre. Whilst we recommend a 12 month course to see optimal results, you do have the option to pay-as-you-go and can stop the course at any time you wish.

The easiest way to find out what the price and duration of a Belgravia hair loss treatment course would be for you is to visit our London centre for a free consultation. Your hair loss condition will be diagnosed and the optimum treatment programme for your condition and pattern of hair loss recommended. There are no obligations and no pressure during the consultation. To arrange a consultation you can call us on 020 7730 6666 or message the centre. The Belgravia Centre is open 7 days a week with 4 late nights.

Alternatively you are able to complete our online diagnostic form. The information you provide will allow our specialists to assess your condition and then recommend a suitable treatment course for home-use. A photo will also help to confirm the area of hair loss as well as the severity. Shortly after your submission you will be contacted by a Belgravia Treatment Advisor with the results, recommendations and price. We always advise those who live within or near London to visit our centre for a consultation.

Hi there, My son has started losing patches of his hair and his eyebrows, we have tried various medicines to no success. He is very down about it and he has had an ongoing bowel issue and diagnosed with alopecia areata. Is there anything your consultants could do or advise? Regards, Suzanne Gallagher.

Hello Suzanne, We're sorry to hear about your son's distress. It depends how old he is as to whether hair loss treatment for alopecia areata would be suitable. If he is over 16 years of age, please do book in for a free consultation and one of our hair loss experts will be happy to assess and advise him as to what may be done for his condition. You can call us on 020 7730 6666 or message us via the Contact Us page.

Hi i saw in the papers anthony stokes got treatment in your glasgow clinic. Did he get fue or fut?

Sarah Belgravia

Hello Mark,

We believe Anthony underwent an FUT hair transplant, however, we do not do hair transplants - here at Belgravia we specialise in non-surgical, pharmaceutical hair loss treatments, which can produce extremely promising results without the need for surgery.

BALAN

Hi i did hair transplant small section few years ago but still i am losing hair how you can advise me?

16th February, 2015 at 2:55 pm

Sarah Belgravia

Hi Balan,

For men with androgenic alopecia who choose to undergo hair restoration surgery, an aftercare regime is recommended to prevent hair loss after a hair transplant. This is to make sure the hair surrounding the transplanted area is maintained as, since you have a genetic sensitivity to the DHT which attacks hair follicles and causes hair loss, it is important to take preventative treatments to inhibit the action of the DHT. If you would like to discuss your specific shedding and regrowth options further, you can book a free consultation in one of our London centres by calling 020 7730 6666 or sending us a message. Alternatively, if you are based outside London, please complete our Online Consultation.

Hi Neha, unfortunately we cannot treat patients based in India so we recommend you speak to a local hair loss specialist. You can read more about the causes of thinning hair in women on our website in advance so that you can understand more about the possible conditions and treatments before you speak them.

Could a 13 year old boy have a consultation

8th August, 2016 at 9:24 am

Sarah Belgravia

Hi Amari, It is possible for a 13 year old boy to have a consultation if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian, however, we cannot provide treatment to anyone under 16 years of age. The consultation would purely be to provide advice on the condition and answer any questions.

Hi. I have been loseing my hair since I was 17. I'm 37 now. I think it's male pattern baldness. Is this something that can be treated. If so how much does something like this cost on does it last. ?

28th February, 2017 at 11:01 am

Sarah Belgravia

Hi Andrew, whether or not your hair loss can be treated depends on the level of shedding that you have experienced as the follicles need to be active in order for treatment to be a worthwhile option. A hair loss specialist will be able to assess this for you during a consultation. They will also then be able to provide you with a quote for the recommended treatment plan customised to your requirements. This can vary from £600 per year to £2,000 per year, depending on the course you choose to follow. As male pattern baldness is a permanent condition and there is no cure, treatment is on-going. We hope this helps answer your queries.
