Question: Any Feedback on Procerin?

Question:  Hi, can you please give me feedback on Procerin and let me know if anybody has come to you with complaints about the product.  Please help me, I am a student aged 20 and have lost my hairline.  Please let me know products which will grow the temple areas and the hairline and make the existing hair fuller and thicker.

Answer:  Have you tried Procerin?  If so we would be interested in your comments on the product. The same goes for anyone reading this post.

Procerin is an herbal product that consists primarily of Saw Palmetto as well as other vitamins and nutrients.  There is no scientific evidence that Procerin is effective in stabilising or reversing hairloss and it has not been approved by the FDA.  I have spoken to Belgravia’s trichologists and treatment advisors who collectively deal with up to 300 people experiencing hair loss each week and they have informed me that most feedback from patients has been that Procerin has not been effective.

Procerin have details on their website of trials they carried out on their own product.  The trials were carried out under lenient guidelines and consisted of opinions from users of the product, which is marketed for hairloss.  There were only 21 participants and the details of the trials provide no firm evidence that Procerin is effective in preventing hair loss.

The primary hair loss products that are proven to stabilise hair loss are Propecia, Minoxidil 5% + MPGMinoxidil 12.5% + Azelaic Acid and the Hair Max Laser Comb.  Minoxidil 12.5% + AA is the most effective treatment for the hair-line because it is designed to specifically target stubborn areas of hair loss.  Combined and used correctly, in the correct doses and with the correct hair growth boosters these products will ensure the highest chance of hair regrowth.
