Belgravia Centre Hair Vitalics Food Supplements for Healthy HairName: Shawkoth

Question: Hello, I understand the Hair Vitalics tablets need to be taken 4 times a day. Could you please clarify if I have to take the tablets 1 at a time over 4 intervals or is it possible to take 2 in the morning and 2 at night? Many thanks.

Answer: Hi, Shawkoth. Belgravia’s Hair Vitalics food supplements are ideally meant to be taken with a meal.

If you would like to take these hair growth boosters in the morning and evening then having two tablets with your breakfast and then the remaining two with your dinner, this is fine. You can also take all four in one go if you prefer but, again, these should be taken with food.

We have also asked your personal Treatment Advisor to contact you in case you have any further questions.
