“I work in Human Resources and I can only congratulate you on the standard of customer care that all 4 personnel that I saw yesterday gave me, they are all a credit to you.  They all made me feel very at ease with each of their responsibilities.  They were all so pleasant, they loved their work, and was reflected in the Service that I received.  There were a lot of staff and there is clearly a very supportive and happy team that you have created.  I also saw a Doctor, who was very caring and speaking to me did not seem to be any trouble to her, she was not in a rush to see the next person until she felt that all my concerns had been dealt with.  Donna was extremely pleasant and very positive which helped me a lot.  She even made a special effort to speak to me whilst I was awaiting the Pharmacy to open and she ensured a receptionist got my treatments for me.  The receptionists seem to work extremely hard, again they were all very professional, polite, friendly.  Now I can move on with my condition knowing that I am doing all I can for myself and I will feel very comfortable travelling up for my next appointment in 3 months.”
