She alternates between all 3. The picture of her that you have is her wearing extensions. You could see her real scalp where the hair is parted, so that's how you know it was extensions. Beyonce's real hair is nice. It's just not as long or thick as she normally wears it. But she shows her real hair a lot in Behind the Scenes footage or Making of footage. Beyonce even showed her real hair on the cover of Vogue, and I've known her to show it at just regular events, too. Beyonce actually wears hair extensions, wigs and her real hair.
